Initiate Your Request

Log into your Tiktrove account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization number.

Prepare Your Package

Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the product is in its original, unused condition.

Ship It Back

Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

Receive Your Refund

Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
